On March 19, Liu Jincang, secretary of the Cheng'an County CPC Committee, presided over a special meeting on the economic operation of the county, analyzed and dispatched the economic operation of Cheng'an County, and arranged and deployed the next step. Leaders of the four major county bodies, including Liu Bingsheng, Suo Jianfeng, Liu Zhengguo, and An Yuebing, attended the meeting.
The meeting first listened to the relevant situation reports of the county development and reform bureau and the statistics bureau, and scientifically analyzed the economic operation of the county, and made the following arrangements:
First, we must profoundly understand the current situation. The meeting demanded that all levels and departments should fully understand the importance of doing a good job in the current economic operation work, regard the realization of the first quarter as a political task, earnestly establish a goal-oriented approach, enhance the awareness of striving for excellence, ensure a good start in the first quarter, and lay a solid foundation for the successful completion of various goals and tasks for the whole year.
Second, we must quickly reverse the passive situation. The meeting stressed that it is necessary to deeply absorb the lessons of the city's lower ranking of some indicators in February, strengthen analysis, consultation, research and judgment, strengthen communication and contact with each other, find the crux of the problem, refine the work tasks, reverse the time schedule, take more powerful and targeted measures, quickly catch up, and ensure that the indicators rank first in the city.
Third, we must earnestly enhance our sense of initiative. The meeting demanded that county-level leaders should take the lead in implementing the responsibility system, take the lead in the above, front-line work, formulate work strategies around the strategy of the county party committee, re-analyze, re-dispatch, and re-supervise the work in charge and assessment indicators, solve problems, and solve problems. The principal responsible comrades of all units should take the initiative to thoroughly understand the policies, set the direction, find the right methods, and make concerted efforts to jointly complete the various work indicators undertaken with high quality to ensure that they are the first to create excellence.
The fourth is to increase supervision and accountability. The meeting stressed that the General Supervision Office should strengthen supervision during the work, focusing on the performance of the responsibilities of the main responsible persons of each unit, as well as the implementation of the major decisions and deployments of the county party committee and the county government. Auditing and financial departments should strengthen audit supervision and performance appraisal to ensure the implementation of all work. The Organization Department should focus on the main line of work of "grasping development, benefiting the people's livelihood, and keeping the bottom line," strengthen the performance appraisal of cadres, and promptly enrich, strengthen, and readjust the leading bodies of all units. The Discipline Inspection Commission and the Supervision Commission should do a good job in the activities of "strengthening discipline, changing work styles, and improving efficiency" in a strict and down-to-earth manner, vigorously grasp negative models, seriously pursue responsibility and accountability for units and individuals who do not act or act in a disorderly manner, and earnestly use strict accountability to force the implementation of all work.
