It is understood that 13 temporary buildings and structures located in Xingguo City, such as the aquatic product family building, the substation community and wumafang Nanmen Street, have not obtained relevant procedures such as planning and construction, which is unauthorized and illegal construction. In the early stage, the urban management law enforcement personnel had issued a "Notice of Demolition within a Time Limit" to the illegal households, ordering the demolition within the time limit, but the parties failed to perform their self-demolition obligations within the time limit. To this end, Xingguo Town jointly carried out this demolition and violation operation in accordance with the law.
At the demolition site, law enforcement personnel strictly implemented the division of tasks, closely cooperated, and after making preparations for evacuating the surrounding masses, cutting off water and electricity at the scene, medium-sized excavators and oxygen cutting equipment entered the scene to start operations, and successfully demolished the illegal buildings.
