In recent years, the Huaiji County Procuratorate has thoroughly implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on the praise of martyrs, given full play to the public interest litigation function of the procuratorial organs in the protection of heroic martyrs' facilities, actively carried out the "Special Supervision Action for Public Interest Litigation on the Protection of Resources of the Red Revolution", united with the County Veterans Affairs Bureau to map out the situation of scattered martyrs' tombs in various townships (streets), fully communicated with the County Veterans Affairs Bureau on issues such as the lack of management and protection of the memorial facilities for the scattered martyrs' tombs, and issued a consultation letter to them. Full consultations were held on the relocation of scattered martyrs' tombs and the restoration, management and protection of martyrs' monuments. At the same time, we actively sought instructions from the Zhaoqing Municipal Procuratorate, and the procuratorial organs at both levels gave full play to the advantages of integrated case handling, and carried out the centralized relocation and protection of scattered martyrs' tombs in accordance with the principle of "relocation and centralized management" by holding consultation meetings, promotion meetings, and joint investigation and investigation by the veterans' affairs bureaus at both levels. With the consent of the martyrs' families, they were relocated to the martyrs' cemetery nearby to comfort the martyrs' souls and carry forward the spirit of the martyrs.
