According to the benchmark real estate cost calculation, for every 0.1m increase in the height of the residential standard layer, the steel content increases by 1kg/m2, the concrete content increases by 0.01m3/m2, and the construction cost increases by about 1~3%, about 20~50 yuan/m2.
