The Chinese Football Association issued a child safety protection manual: adding safety and security to the football dreams of teenagers

Live Bar March 17, today, the Chinese Football Association released a child safety protection manual on its official website, hoping to provide help and guidance for the majority of young children and young people involved in football activities and grass-roots football coaches, managers, school teachers, and football institution trainers.

The Chinese Football Association wrote on its official website that FIFA has set up a child safety protection department (FIFA Safe Guarding) since 2020, aiming to promote the safety protection of young people and children in football activities, to ensure that young children learn and grow in a healthy and good football environment, and to avoid physical and mental injuries from the outside world in football training, and has opened relevant courses for this purpose.

The Social Football Department of the Chinese Football Association has compiled and produced the "Handbook for child safety protection of the Chinese Football Association" and related leaflets in accordance with the "Guidelines for the Protection of Child Safety" issued by FIFA, and will establish the Child Safety Protection Group of the Chinese Football Association in response to the call of FIFA in the follow-up.

It is hoped that the manual can provide help and guidance for the majority of children and teenagers involved in football activities and grass-roots football coaches, managers, school teachers, and football institution trainers, so as to add a safety and security to the football dreams of children on the mainland and make children's childhood better.

In the chairman's speech, Chen Shuyuan, chairman of the Chinese Football Association, wrote: The future of Chinese football lies in the cultivation of youth football talents, and only by allowing more children to participate in football will our country's football program develop better and better. The Chinese Football Association firmly believes that children have the right to enjoy football in a safe environment and in a culture of respect and understanding, and such an environment is not a privilege, but the right of every child. The key and practitioner to ensure the smooth development of this work is our vast number of grassroots football workers.

Chen Shuyuan added: "Through this set of manuals, it helps to help and guide the grass-roots football staff on how to build a safe and beneficial environment for children. I hope that grassroots football workers across the country can establish a sense of protection for children, and work with the Chinese Football Association to build a solid "Great Wall" against adverse effects for children's football childhood.
