Pengkabang: During last year's trip to Dali Dongzhai in Qiandongnan, Guizhou, I had the opportunity to learn about the whole process of Dongzhai women from weaving and dyeing cloth to sewing clothes. They weave their wisdom into cotton threads and use their diligence to create works of art, a process that shocks me and inspires me. Therefore, I created this series of Dong series illustrations, hoping that our national aesthetics and creativity will be seen and liked by more people.
East Bavan Annual Ceremony
The design elements are derived from the Yunnan Naxi "Dongba script", which is a primitive pictorial hieroglyph that belongs to the early form of the origin of the script, but can also be fully documented. We have selected a series of words with beautiful meanings, transformed the characteristics of hieroglyphs into visual elements, and used the New Year ceremony as the carrier to pin the heart of the Year of the Tiger. Try to bring tradition back to the present, a cultural "sustainable" parade to pray for the New Year.
Hubei Intangible Cultural Heritage Series Illustrations
After the epidemic, Hubei's economy is waiting to recover, in order to help Hubei's economy, Tencent has selected 8 items of Hubei intangible cultural heritage, involving different fields such as art/handicraft/cultural legends, and made a series of illustrations for these 8 intangible cultural heritage projects, hoping to call on everyone to travel to Hubei during the festival holiday.
