Tashi Dorje stressed that the demolition and reconstruction of D-class farmhouses is a key task related to the high-quality development of Mado, which is of great significance to improving the quality of people's lives. Tashi Dorje demanded: First, we should improve our political standing, lift our spirits, establish the idea of "gnawing hard bones," make greater painstaking and hard work, and with the determination and confidence of attacking the city and pulling out the village, catch up with the progress, make up for the work, and vigorously promote the demolition and reconstruction work. Second, we must persist in taking the people as the center, go deep among the masses to carry out research and investigation, fully mobilize and rely on the masses, conscientiously do a good job in the ideological work of the masses, analyze specific problems, formulate targeted work measures in accordance with laws and regulations, and vigorously and orderly advance. Third, it is necessary to overcome difficulties, strengthen coordination, optimize services, carry out scientific construction, earnestly solve various difficulties in construction, and vigorously grasp safe production and project quality. At the same time, we will further reverse the construction period, strengthen the control of key nodes, wall chart operations, implement responsibilities, seize the construction progress, and ensure the early completion of the project.
