During the visit, he learned that in 2013, the houses and auxiliary facilities of the villagers in Binhu Village, meixi Township, were requisitioned and demolished due to the construction of the Lingang New Area, and the problem of guaranteed resettlement housing for more than 300 villagers had not been solved for nearly 8 years. To this end, Liu Jianong carefully studied the land demolition policy and the agreement on requisition and demolition, and after repeatedly convening the villagers to understand their demands, he submitted a proposal on the implementation of demolition compensation and resettlement housing through the CPPCC Cloud APP. Under his coordination and promotion, the port district has used the Jingang Garden Community as a resettlement house, and promised to improve the infrastructure in the community and increase the parking lot, benefiting more than 200 villagers.
