Whenever I think like this, the memories of a lot of painful bodies in the past come to mind, after all, it is a kind of pain, I really can't do a lot of acceptance, I want to run away and resist, I can't focus on myself, many times it is very uninteresting to brush Weibo to watch short videos, but it is to escape. I am afraid, I fall into constant thinking, and I will be anxious for the rest of my life.

So, sometimes, although I get new progress and gains, it will make me attack myself, why are you so incompetent? How much pain have I suffered because of your incompetence?

Secondly, I understand that some of the past choices have past reasons, and careful analysis is not unacceptable to the causes and consequences. But the idea still comes up very automatically, why don't you do it sooner? Resist seeing the truth of the facts and cannot accept yourself.

The past is a story, a fantasy. A lot of pain can be easily seen through with just four words, "back in the present."
