Zhang Yongjun is an ordinary farmer in Shiquangou Village, Yaofeng Town, Xia County. As early as 20 years ago, with his interest in osmanthus trees, he engaged in the exploration and research of "south guibei migration".
Osmanthus flowers are widely distributed in the southern part of the continent and have a history of more than 2500. Since ancient times, it has been said that the garden is fragrant with osmanthus flowers, everything is smooth", which can adjust the feng shui fortune and is also a symbol of good luck. Due to the cold climate, the survival rate of osmanthus overwintering in the northern part of the continent is zero.
However, Zhang Yongjun, a farmer in Shiquangou Village, Yaofeng Town, Xia County, has experienced twists and turns for more than 20 years, and finally realized the dream of "moving south to guizhou to the north" in 2006. He developed more than 20 varieties of the four-season gui system "Changhuang Rixiang gui" and "Han Gui" of the Dangui species line, which safely wintered in chifeng in Inner Mongolia, ningxia Yellow River wetland, and Beijing Zhongshan Park, creating a miracle of "south Gui moving north".
