What about Amitabha? Amitabha Buddha is a kind of praise for himself, rewarding himself for being able to deal with what has just happened with a normal heart. Do you still reward yourself? Yes, at that moment, oh, it turns out that I am Amitabha Buddha myself! Didn't Guanyin say that it is better to ask others than to seek oneself? If Zhang San can say that Zhang San blesses when he encounters something, the effect should be the same.
Of course, whether you can be calm or not, peace of mind is the key. That requires your endless tempering and refinement.
