According to foreign media wccftech news, the well-known exposer Moore's Law is Dead recently released the latest news about the RTX 40 series graphics card, the news said that the RTX 40 graphics card will be expected to support GDDR7 video memory.
The RTX 40 family of GPU cores will have at least six models: the AD102, AD103, AD104, AD106, AD107, and AD10B, with the first five models corresponding to consumer-grade desktop platforms.
The exposer was confident in the RTX 40 graphics card's revelations and made bold predictions about the graphics card's performance:
The RTX 4090 (AD102) has 80-110% better raster performance than the RTX 3090 (GA102) and doubles the light chasing performance;
RTX 4070 (AD103) has 10-30% better raster performance and 20-30% more light chasing than RTX 3090 (GA102);
The raster performance of the RTX 4060 (AD104) is close to that of the RTX 3080 (GA102), and the light tracking performance is almost the same as that of the RTX 3090;
The raster performance of the RTX 4050 Ti (AD106) is close to that of the RTX 2080 Ti (TU102), and the light tracking performance is almost the same as that of the RTX 3070.
The raster performance and light tracing of the RTX 4050 (AD107) will be close to that of the RTX 3060 (GA106).
It is reported that the AD102 core will be expected to be equipped with GDDR7 memory, and GDDR7 memory may provide transmission speeds of up to 32Gbps.
The NVIDIA RTX 40 series graphics cards are expected to be available in the second half of 2022.
