Liu Jijie (1918-1983), an outstanding Chinese painter and founder of new Chinese comic strips, is known as the saint of contemporary painting, "Rembrandt and Migalangelo of the East". Liu Jijian is one of the few modern Chinese painters who can paint white, heavy color, small freehand, and large freehand, with a very comprehensive theme, in addition to the characters and animals, he is also good at flowers, birds, and landscapes.
