"I suddenly remembered that I went to the hospital to visit an old leader one year. The old leader said, "When I was in office, we didn't say anything like that. I said, "When you were in power, I felt that you had crazy hairs on you, and I looked at you and was afraid." Now the madness has faded. The old leader laughed and said, "In fact, this is an illusion, it is all people." I tell you, in the future, when you see a leader, whether it is a big leader or a small leader, you must stand up at the waist and raise your head. Leaders are people, and we are also people. "This remark of the old leader made me suddenly open the door. The simple words corrected my posture as a person.
The old leader recovered well and was very interested, and later, he talked to me about the topic, quoting the scriptures: "Mencius said long ago: 'If you say that the lord is despised, do not look at it as majestic.'" What you're saying is that when you lobby big men, you can't take their position and power seriously. That is to say, we must have our own subjective spirit. You can't always take the posture of looking up, you have to look down, and sometimes you have to look down. There must be the necessary respect, but there must be a strong self. In fact, really courageous leadership, level of leadership, in the heart like people with strong egos, like people with opinions, do not like only promises, nods and waists, low three or four people. ”
Looking up with your chest up, it's a state of fullness of mental energy, a state of self-confidence. The famous Peking Opera performance artist Gai is called Mr. Tian, and there is a famous saying called: The immortals drive the clouds and people "drive the qi". He said in his oral experience book "Powder Ink Spring and Autumn": "Practicing walking the circle is first of all a correct posture, first standing upright, lighting up a posture, the essence, qi, and spirit are all there, and then moving." When walking, the body and face should still maintain the posture and spirit of standing upright, standing like this, walking is also like this, and one step is ten steps and one hundred steps. At the same time, we must pay more attention to lifting the breath, and when the breath is lifted, the lower body will appear light. Isn't the balloon filled with gas floating upwards, and this is also true of people. If you breathe a sigh of relief, you will feel that your legs are dragging down, your lower body is heavy, and you will not be beautiful. In the play, the gods and immortals drive the clouds, the monsters ride the wind, and the people, to tell a joke: to get 'driving'. Acting, walking the round field, it is indeed necessary to have the strength of 'driving'. ”
Drama is like life, Gai Lao is talking about acting, why not the truth of life. Man lives one breath, trees live a layer of skin. If there is a mighty qi, it will be iron and strong, and the qi will swallow mountains and rivers, like a tiger adding wings; without the aura of haoran, if you are depressed all day long, you will be sluggish and weak, like a mourning woman.
"Driving qi", first of all, there must be gas. In addition to Mencius's sentence "Speak of the adult, then despise it, do not look at it as majestic", there are two sentences that are "I am good at nurturing my magnificent spirit" and "Everyone has a person who is more valuable than himself". That is to say, the aura of grandeur is cultivated and accumulated; everyone has something worthy of honor in themselves, do not look down on yourself. Kneel on the ground and watch as the dogs are taller than you.
With Haoran righteousness, there is no confusion, no blind obedience, roots, and concentration. The so-called "sun and moon in the chest, talk rich and bright." With the aura of grandeur, you can become a true gentleman: "Live in the world, establish the right position in the world, and walk the road under the world." To have the will is to be with the people; not to be ambitious, to go it alone. Rich and noble cannot be adulterous, poor and lowly cannot be moved, and mighty cannot be bent, which is called a big husband. ”
"Driving qi" must have the energy of "driving" and the consciousness of "driving". Straight and strong, strong, first of all, we must be straight, the reason is correct and sufficient, the reason is not straight, it is all a distortion, where is the righteousness? All that came was evil. To be straight, you have to be loyal to yourself, and furthermore, you have enough energy to be yourself and not betray yourself. In the stormy weather, although the stout tree was blown to the east and west by the strong wind, some branches were scraped off, and some trunks were broken, but the part where the roots of the tree were connected could not be blown away. I am often touched by these stubborn trees. I feel that these trees are loyal to themselves. In fact, an upright person should be like a tree, loyal to himself, not betray himself, from the inside to the outside, consistent. That is to say, in the fertile soil of life, the roots are very deep, and in layman's terms, this person is principled, that is, in his heart, he will never violate his own principle of being a man.
The immortal driving the cloud people "driving qi", this is just an analogy of Mr. Gai called Mr. Tian, who has seen the immortals, but the people who can "drive the qi" can see. From ancient times to the present, there are many, many. The people who can drive the qi are the gentlemen of heaven and earth, with their obvious characteristics, they have steel in their bones, they are indomitable; they have a "calm" flow rate in their blood, and they move forward at their own rhythm.
