In order to verify this fact, we conducted H.264 video transcoding tests for HP Battle 66 5th Generation Ryzen Edition, transcoding the same video in the case of plug-in and unplugged, and checking whether there is performance attenuation in the case of plug-in and unplugged through the overall time.

In the final plug-in, the video transcoding time is 16.52 seconds, and the time taken when not plugged in is 17.13 seconds, which shows that the overall time is almost the same.
