The congress elected the county magistrate and deputy county magistrate of the Pingwu County People's Government, the director of the Pingwu County Supervision Commission, the president of the Pingwu County People's Court, the chief procurator of the Pingwu County People's Procuratorate, and the deputy to the Eighth People's Congress of Mianyang City. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the chief procurator of the county people's procuratorate elected by the congress shall be submitted to the municipal people's congress standing committee for approval by the chief procurator of the municipal people's procuratorate. The deputies to the Eighth People's Congress of Mianyang City elected by the congress shall be announced by the Standing Committee of the Mianyang Municipal People's Congress after conducting the examination of deputies' qualifications.

Zhang Jianguo was elected president of the Pingwu County People's Court.
Zhou Linti was elected chief procurator of the Pingwu County People's Procuratorate.
