In 1934, the bridge railing was completely demolished in order to widen the road from Zhengyang Gate to Yongding Gate. Today, another cultural landscape "Tianqiao" has been built 50 meters south of the original site of the tianqiao, which is the place where Xiao Ke, Hao Yun, Xu Mengjie, members of the "pickup group" of the seventh issue of "The Most Beautiful Central Axis", gathered and opened.
