In January 2009, she joined Jinye Group as a female leader of the municipal state-owned enterprises, adhering to the work-learning attitude of "only seizing the day, not living up to Shaohua", and serving the overall development of the company with heart. In 2018, in accordance with the recommended arrangements of the group company, he accepted greater challenges, served as the secretary and chairman of the party branch of the national high-tech enterprise - Guangdong Lingguang Company, and made every effort to sprint the strategic task of Guangdong Lingguang listing, and carried the heavy responsibility of preserving and increasing the value of state-owned assets on his body without hesitation.
Since taking office, she has conscientiously practiced the concept of "willing to pay and have the courage to undertake" of Jinye Group, with the attitude of "stepping on the stone to leave a mark, grasping the iron with marks" and the enthusiasm of "sleeping at night and smelling the chicken dancing", and working overtime as a pioneer.
In accordance with the strategic deployment of the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission and Jinye Group, we will promote the completion of the merger and acquisition of the Aimint project, accelerate the construction of the Guizhou graphitization project and the construction of the Chengdu Aimint expansion project, solidly promote the establishment of the dual main business pattern of "electronic component materials and lithium battery anode materials" in Guangdong Lingguang, firmly lead the development of enterprises with technological innovation, expand the scale of operation, and enhance the operating efficiency; further improve the construction of the talent team, enhance the quality of the talent team; establish and improve the market-oriented operation and management mechanism to lay a solid foundation for accelerating the development of listing.
In addition to doing a good job in business, with 24 years of party experience, she has always kept in mind the original mission of party members, insisted on grasping the business and party building together, fulfilling the main responsibility, constantly enhancing the "four consciousnesses", strengthening the "four self-confidence", achieving "two safeguards", adhering to the ideological position, and building the Guangdong Lingguang Party Branch into an advanced grass-roots party organization in the municipal SASAC system.
