According to reports, the performance activities of "Singing in a New Era and Welcoming the Party's Twenty National Congresses" to blossom in China and celebrate Women's Day on March 8 were sponsored by the Jinan Health care Industry Association and Xingfu Street in Huaiyin District, hosted by the Jinan West Railway Station Comprehensive Service Center, the Shengquan Xiao'ai University for the Elderly People's Grand Stage Branch, and co-organized by the Shandong Ping An Health Management Research Center and the Fangze An Huimin Service Hotline Volunteer Service Team.

At the event, the elderly ladies from the people's big stage brought their own gongs and drums, catwalks, dances, instrumental music, music and other forms of literary and artistic performances, which won the applause of the scene.
"The people's big stage allows us, the elderly, to show our style and let us have a special March 8th Women's Day, which is very happy." Mi Shuchun, 74, from the Stellar Art Model Team, excitedly told the New Yellow River reporter after performing the catwalk that due to the very rich activities in her daily life, she has participated in more than 10 performances such as catwalk, dance, and Peking Opera, hoping that the people's big stage will become more and more exciting.
"More than 95 percent of the actors at today's event are women, ranging in age from their 50s to their 80s, and their enthusiasm for participation is very high." Li Quande, president of the Jinan Health care Industry Association and director of the Organizing Committee of the People's Big Stage, told the New Yellow River reporter that from July 7, 2019 to today, the People's Big Stage has performed 241 times, more than 2,600 programs, more than 38,000 people participated, in a variety of forms, including skits, cross-talk, qipao catwalks, song performances and so on. Zhangqiu, Changqing, Shanghe, Pingyin, Impression Jinan, Baihuazhou, Southern Mountains... They all have their public welfare performances.
"This year, we will also adjust the activity plan according to the epidemic situation, and will organize everyone to go out and communicate, learn and perform." Li Quande said that the People's Big Stage has achieved the "Five Ones" in the past three years: the first song of "The People's Big Stage" in the country; the publication of a "People's Big Stage" album; the filming of a special film of "The People's Big Stage"; a Spring Festival Gala of Jinan Radio and Television Station (2021); "The People's Big Stage" on the stage of the Provincial Capital Grand Theater, which is the first time that a non-governmental group has performed in the highest art hall in the province, creating a precedent for the culture and art of Jinan citizens. In the future, he hopes to build the people's big stage into a resounding brand originating from Jinan, based on Shandong, and influencing the whole country, so that the elderly living in Quancheng can live more self-respect, more self-confidence, and more happiness, satisfaction and sense of gain.
