Colleagues who know Li Xiaoduo know that she is a careful and serious person who will do every job she is responsible for in an orderly manner. In October 2010, Li Xiaoduo was transferred from the vehicle management window to the Political Department to organize the personnel section, responsible for the payment of salaries to all the in-service police officers in the detachment. As the "white ding" of wage management, she is not afraid of hardship and tiredness, humbly learns from old comrades and asks for advice, and works overtime to verify the salaries of the police, afraid of mistakes. A high sense of responsibility led her to open a computer at home to check the salaries of all police officers during confinement. The family felt sorry for her and advised her to put her work aside and rest well. But she knew in her heart that the salary involved the vital interests of every police officer, and she must do her best and be responsible for every comrade-in-arms.
At the beginning of 2019, the detachment was financially independent, and people who understood salary management needed to be responsible for unified entry. Li Xiaoduo was ordered to work in the Logistics Equipment Department. At that time, in addition to undertaking the unified salary entry, she also had to take into account the "personal income tax" withholding. At that time, paying personal income tax was still a new thing for the civil service system, and Li Xiaoduo, who had never been exposed to tax work, was particularly stressed, but she did not flinch in the slightest, but tried to ask people for advice. During the Spring Festival, others have to bring a lot of gifts when they go home to visit their relatives, but Li Xiaoduo brings a thick pile of tax policies and regulations and guidelines for the operation of the tax payment system. Everyone was celebrating the holidays while she was working on boring policy documents. It is with this tenacity that she finally studied the principle of personal tax thoroughly and explored the personal income tax declaration skills in practice. During her tenure in payroll taxes, she achieved "zero errors" in her work.
Courageous to take responsibility, she is the "steel warrior" in the fight against the epidemic
At the beginning of last year, the party committee of the traffic police detachment urgently dispatched 50 party members to form an epidemic prevention volunteer service team to support the Daoli sub-bureau and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work. After receiving the order, Li Xiaoduo prepared overnight, and came to the support community at 5 o'clock the next morning to cooperate with the medical staff to complete the nucleic acid testing of more than 10,000 residents in the community. The nucleic acid testing point is located in the underground garage of the community, the temperature is low, and the air is not circulated. Li Xiaoduo and his comrades-in-arms in the same group reminded residents to do a good job of protection, fill in information for older residents, and appease the emotionally irritable residents to wait patiently until 10 p.m. At the end of the day, Li Xiaoduo's legs, which already had knee effusion, could no longer walk normally, and when he got home, he lay down on the bed and fell into a deep sleep. At 4 o'clock the next morning, she firmly stepped onto the battlefield of supporting epidemic prevention.
She is the "contradiction resolver" of the masses
Last year, Li Xiaoduo was transferred to the Legal Brigade's Laws and Regulations Section, responsible for the "Internet + Government Services" platform response work. She is well aware that this platform is an important link between the masses and the public security organs, and is an effective way to help the masses solve practical difficulties. Whenever she saw the questions of the masses, she would patiently and meticulously reply to them to help the masses solve their worries and difficulties. Last summer, a member of the public who reported illegal vehicles was very dissatisfied with the acceptance of the brigade in the jurisdiction, and complained through the platform, and the rhetoric was very fierce. After seeing the complaint, Li Xiaoduo first advised the parties to alleviate the dissatisfaction of the parties, and then learned more about the causes of the matter. Originally, the parties wanted to report a vehicle on the platform for illegal parking, but the picture was not successfully uploaded, so the brigade did not accept it. Later, the parties wanted to provide the photos again, and the brigade again refused to accept them on the grounds that the time limit was overdue. The matter caused dissatisfaction among the parties concerned. After understanding the situation, Li Xiaoduo first patiently communicated with the parties and told them to send the photos to the mailbox and let her coordinate the communication. After receiving the photos, Li Xiaoduo found that the reported vehicle had been posted with an administrative punishment notice, and inquired about the illegal punishment information of the vehicle through the public security network. Subsequently, Li Xiaoduo informed the parties of the specific circumstances and the legal provision that "the same illegal act cannot be punished twice or more". The parties were also very satisfied with the outcome of the reply.
