He usually likes to read Lao Tzu, Zhuangzi, the Three Transmissions and Five Classics, and the Hundred Sons and Hundred Families. When he was young, he aspired to mu the Immortals, accepted the Heavenly Master's Dao, envied the Immortals, cultivated in silence, indulged in the Xuanzhen Cultivation Immortal Path, and wanted to ask for it to soar to immortality. Usually, according to the Taoist health care Dan method, take flax powder and poria pills, and use the breath liquid to take life and rest.
But Wei Huacun's parents were very much against her cultivation of immortals. When Wei Huacun was twenty-four years old, her parents forced her to marry Liu Qi, who was from Taibao and Nanyang, of course, this was already a late marriage at that time, which showed that Wei Huacun had been fighting against the Tao for a long time. After the marriage, Liu Qi became the county commander, and Lady Wei came to Xiuwu County with her husband to take up her post, and gave birth to two sons, the eldest son was named Liu Pu, and the second son was named Liu Feng. Liu Qi later served as the Xiuwu County Order. Lady Wei's heart was devoted to monasticism, and after her two sons understood things, she isolated herself from the house and fasted. Lady Wei has a quiet personality and does not like to make friends with people, which is very much in line with the Taoist idea of quiet and inaction.
According to Taoist legend, after Lady Wei separated from her husband, she practiced in Yangluo Mountain next to the Wangwu Mountains in the Central Plains. After three months, suddenly the Qingxu True King and the immortals came to Lady Wei's room and told her, "Therefore, I taught Lady Wei the Shangqing True Sutra." Subsequently, Wang Zhen also extracted the verses and tips in the scriptures and passed them on to Lady Wei one by one. Then, Jinglin Zhenren also taught his wife the "Huangting Inner Jingjing Classic", so that she could remember it day and night, and after reciting it ten thousand times, she could see the ghosts and gods, reconcile the three souls and five spirits, and cause eternal life and long-term vision. After teaching himself, the real people went invisible, and left a message that he would be seen in the Luoyang Mountains one day.

After Lady Wei received the teachings of the gods, she searched extensively for the secret books of The Taoist Divine Books, and systematically sorted out what she had learned, Lady Wei made a great contribution to the history of Taoism, was the first female crown known as the "Grandmaster", and wrote 31 volumes of the Shangqing Classics such as the "Shangqing Dadong Zhenjing", especially based on the "Huangting NeijingJing" herbs, combining Taoist theory, traditional medicine and their own medical practice, which took 16 years to write a book called "Huangting Jing", the scriptures are in the form of seven words, a total of 3024 words, and scientifically and systematically put forward the upper, middle and lower three Dantian, Eight Jing, The Twenty-Four Truths of Health Care Theory and corresponding cultivation methods became Taoist health care cultivation monographs, and was enshrined as the first generation of Taoist Shangqing Sect masters, honored as "Lady of Nanyue".
The advent of the "Huang Ting Jing" is actually to create a precedent for neidan cultivation, changing the Daoist has always been based on the cultivation path of smelting jindan, but a systematic strong idea, re-conditioning, and the cultivation method of pursuing the way of nature, which is more acceptable to people, and thus greatly increases its influence, greatly reducing the damage caused by erysipelas caused by taking waidan, and has a huge impact and promotion effect on later traditional Chinese medicine, health maintenance, and anatomy.
Regarding the Huangting Jing, there is a legend that there was a daoist in Shanyin who wanted to obtain Wang Xizhi's calligraphy, and because he knew that he loved geese and became addicted, he specially prepared a cage of fat and large white geese as a reward for writing the scriptures. Wang Xizhi saw that the goose gladly wrote a scripture for the Taoist priest for half a day, and happily "caged the goose and returned." Therefore, the Huangting Jing is also commonly known as the "Changing Goose Thesis". It can be seen that the spread of the Huang Ting Jing is very extensive.

When Wei Huacun was 38 years old, her husband died and there was a famine in the Central Plains, and Lady Wei not only raised her two sons, but also gave charity and relief to the poor and hungry, and began to use medical skills to help the world. It is just that for the poor people, they do not receive a penny, effectively solve the people's illness, solve their worries and difficulties, and benefit the people for a lifetime, and the locals call her "living immortal".
The world began to believe in Lady Wei, and the place where she practiced was located in the Erxian Cave in Yangluoshan, Henan, so she was called "Erxian Grandmother" and was widely spread in the folk. This is the local people in honor of Wei Huacun, spontaneously raised funds to build a "Lady Wei Ancestral Hall". The "Huaiqing Fu Zhi Jinshi Chapter, Tang Mujian Lady Wei Ancestral Inscription" has a relevant record: "Lady Wei (Hua Cun) (in) YangluoShan cultivation into a real person, here is the establishment of the ancestral hall. "This shrine was built around the time of the Southern and Northern Dynasties, and was later destroyed in war.
Now the temples of "Erxian Grandma" in the surrounding area of Yangluo Mountain can be seen everywhere, the largest Jingying Temple is located in the eastern foothills of Yangluo Mountain, and the main hall with the seated statue of "Erxian Grandma" in the middle is called the Purple Void Palace, and now every March three temple fairs, there are tens of thousands of people who come here to worship and pray for incense, and the climax was as high as 40,000 people.
Later, Lady Wei received a sign from the immortals and learned that there would be a great chaos in the Central Plains, and just before the "Rebellion of the Eight Kings" broke out, Lady Wei took her second son to cross the river south. Lady Wei left Luoyang for Jiangnan, and halfway through, thieves ran rampant, and the rogues robbed, and everywhere lady went, everything was safe and sound.
After arriving in the south, Lady Wei taught her two sons to be very successful, and both sons were very contentious, the eldest son Liu Pusheng Ancheng Taishou, and the second son Liu Feng as a lieutenant general. Legend has it that after Lady Wei left her two sons, she practiced under the Jixian Peak in Hengshan Mountain, Nanyue, Hunan Province, and practiced quietly in a clean and fasting way, reciting the scriptures and practicing the Tao, and practicing true merit day by day. After Lady Wei's success in preaching, she began to preach the scriptures and preach, and with her great virtue, the Heavenly Master Daoist disciples elected her to sacrifice wine for the Heavenly Master Dao, to receive her duties and teachings, and to fulfill her duties.
Fourth, the cultivation of the tao is eternally youthful, and the merit is perfectly ascended day by day
According to legend, Lady Wei recited the sutra ten thousand times, accumulating sixteen years, her face was like a young girl, "when she was eighty years old, she still looked like a young girl", and the Queen Mother of the West invited her to eat linggua together on Zhuling Mountain. At the age of eighty-three, between the ninth year of the Jin Dynasty and the ninth year (334 AD), she closed her eyes and slept, drank without eating, and seven days later, one night, the Queen Mother of the West sent the immortals to welcome her ascension to heaven. Legend has it that on the first day of ascension, a group of immortals drove a crane cart to the "altar of ceremonies" to greet them.
Du Fu said in the poem "Wangyue": "Respectfully Lady Wei, the immortals soar", which is what he is talking about. After Wei Huacun ascended to heaven, he was given the title of "Lady nanyue" by the Heavenly Emperor as the Purple Void Yuanjun and the True Priest. Co-managed with the Queen Mother of the West. Legend has it that after Lady Wei ascended to heaven, there were also many people who ascended to heaven and became immortals. First of all, her maid Magu was also included in the Heavenly Garden Immortal Class, and her disciple Nuyi became a flower god, in charge of the world's famous flowers, also known as Huagu.
The "Records of the Immortals of Yongcheng City" records that Huagu's name was Huang Lingwei, a Native of Linchuan, a female Taoist monk, over eighty years old, but still looked like a young girl. She had renovated Lady Wei's already deserted shrines in Fuzhou and the altar in Linchuan, and when Lady Wei heard about it, she gave her a dream and gave her a detailed teaching, and when Lady Wei taught her, she became an immortal and became the flower god who ruled the group of flowers, Si Tian, and the flower god with a long hundred hui.
