Liu Huifeng, 24 years old this year, is a native of Huangshi, Hubei Province. She began practicing gymnastics at the age of 3 and diving at the age of 7, during which Liu Huifeng showed her extremely high talent in diving, and was recruited into the diving team of Hubei Province the following year. In 2006, at the age of 9, Liu Huifeng won three gold medals at the diving competition of the 12th Provincial Games. Three years later, she competed in the National Children's Diving Competition and won two silver medals. In the same year, she reached the final of the women's diving competition of the 11th National Games.
With excellent results, Liu Huifeng soon became a member of the national diving team. In the national team, Liu Huifeng has experienced two partners, the most famous of which is the "hardware king" Chen Ruolin. In the more than three years of the partnership, Liu Huifeng and Chen Ruolin won the women's doubles 10m platform championship at the 2013 and 2015 Swimming World Championships, and the women's double 10m platform championship at the 2014 Shanghai Diving World Cup. The most brilliant achievement of the two was at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, liu Huifeng and Chen Ruolin won the women's double 10m platform final, allowing the five-star red flag to fly high above the venue.
In 2016, partner Ruolin Chen announced her retirement. At this time, Liu Huifeng, who was only 19 years old, was already injured, and although she took her injury to the Tianjin National Games the following year, she failed to stand on the podium. After that, she faded out of the arena and entered Beijing Sport University for further study, and after completing her undergraduate courses, Liu Huifeng continued to study for a master's degree and became an Olympic champion.
After fading out of the arena, Liu Huifeng's appearance has also undergone earth-shaking changes. In the athlete period, in order not to affect the results, Liu Huifeng always appeared with a short hair, which was a "tomboy" in everyone's impression. After bidding farewell to the arena, Liu Huifeng, like many girls who love beauty, grew long hair and learned to dress herself, and the former tomboy transformed into a goddess, and every time she appeared, she surprised everyone.
