The Russo-Ukrainian War has been fought until now, and it seems that the war situation has been decided, and there seems to be no action in Ukraine on the battlefield to reverse the current war situation in which Russia is strong and weak. However, many people in Ukraine are not willing to fail. This is manifested in the following aspects -
The Paramilitary Force of the Ukrainian Army, the National Guard, decided to surrender to the Russians, but the extremist forces of the Ukrainian Army did not intend to surrender and fight the Russians to the end.
Due to the outbreak of armed conflict between the extremist armed Azov battalion and the Ukrainian army, the Ukrainian regular military missiles attacked the headquarters of the Azov battalion, causing more than 20 commanders of the Azov battalion to be killed and injured. The idea of the officers and men of the regular army is to fight if they can fight, withdraw or even surrender if they can't fight, but the extremist armed forces plan to fight to the death. The extremists even fought a "tragic battle" in which civilians were held hostage to resist Russian artillery fire.
Then, at the critical moment of "infighting" between the ukrainian regular army and the extremist armed forces, at the critical moment when Uzbekistan and the Russian side were about to reach a partial agreement on the issue of negotiations, Putin revealed to the outside world the "major incident" of Uzbekistan's domestic manufacture of nuclear weapons, and more importantly, Ukraine's manufacture of nuclear weapons with the help of the United States.
First, with the support of the United States, Ukraine has the possibility of manufacturing nuclear weapons to deter and contain Russia, which is where Putin must be vigilant.
At the end of the Cold War, Ukraine had the third largest nuclear arsenal after the United States and Russia. Later, under the supervision of the international community, Ukraine dismantled all its nuclear weapons and became a "non-nuclear state".
But then the Ukrainian authorities turned to the United States in an all-round way, triggering an indirect military conflict between Russia and Ukraine that lasted for many years. For various reasons, the Ukrainian army frequently failed in combat, and even the east Ukrainian militia could not fight, which made the United States very annoyed, but it had no choice.
And the U.S. side has its own ideas. On the one hand, the United States is indeed unwilling to openly intervene in the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which will after all trigger a war between Russia and the United States. On the other hand, the United States is unwilling to give up its rights and interests in Eastern Europe, and in order to consolidate its interests in Eastern Europe, the United States must build Ukraine into a cannon fodder with sufficient strength to dare to oppose Russia, which makes it possible for the United States to engage in nuclear weapons-related matters in Ukraine.
The United States has produced technology, and Uzbekistan has old factories that manufacture nuclear warheads and intercontinental missiles, and the equipment may still be there, and all kinds of conditions are available. Once the Russo-Ukrainian war is further escalated, the Ukrainian army is completely defeated, and the Ukrainian guerrillas cannot deal with the Russian army, the United States may acquiesce to the Use of Nuclear Weapons by the Ukrainian authorities against russia and bomb nuclear power plants and other facilities in Russia.
Previously, a retired ministerial-level official of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said that nuclear missiles should be used to attack military facilities in Russia' territory. But in fact, behind this official's words is actually the strength of Ukraine and the United States in developing nuclear weapons.
Second, Putin may have a hunch that the nuclear weapons provided by the United States to Ukraine may be used by Ukrainian extremists.
The extremists in Ukraine are a group of desperate militants who have taken up arms and desperately resisted the Russian offensive in Ukraine, resulting in the Russian army being forced to send Chechen troops to participate in the Russo-Ukrainian war.
In ukraine, Russian and Chechen troops, as well as the White Russian army, fought bloodily, and they successively eliminated the main combat troops of the Ukrainian extremist armed Azov battalion, dealing a heavy blow to the enemy. Faced with the tragic situation in which the main forces of the Azov battalion were almost completely annihilated, the extremist armed forces of the Ukrainian army may adopt extreme methods to deal with the Russian army.
What's the solution? nuclear weapon.
Ukrainian extremist forces may cooperate with the United States on nuclear weapons, the United States may provide nuclear weapons to extremist forces, if the extremist forces face the situation of total annihilation under the blows of the Russian army, the extremist forces may jump the wall and throw nuclear weapons into the attack on the designated targets of the Russian army.
At present, Ukrainian officials have reached a preliminary agreement with the Russian side on the Russian-Ukrainian issue, saying that they will not join NATO, the situation has eased slightly, and it is not excluded that the Ukrainian extremist forces are dissatisfied with the official and may jump the wall with the acquiescence of the United States.
All in all, whether the Ukrainian authorities and regular armed forces use nuclear weapons or extremist armed forces use nuclear weapons, Ukrainian nuclear weapons have increased the uncertainty of the future situation, and President Putin must take measures to minimize the risk of Ukrainian nuclear weapons.
Putin's speech shows that the Russian authorities attach enough importance to the matter of Ukraine's nuclear weapons, and the Russian side will take measures to stop Ukraine's acquisition of nuclear weapons. From another point of view, Putin's disclosure of nuclear weapons also shows that the United States has reached an extremely helpless and hysterical mentality about the situation in Ukraine, and if the United States can take the approach of supporting Ukraine's conventional weapons to help Ukraine turn the tide of war, why should it provide Nuclear Weapons to Ukraine? This is not proof that the Ukrainian army is weak in combat effectiveness. Since its combat effectiveness is weak, the United States will let Ukraine use nuclear weapons against the Russian military with the determination of the same end, and then the United States will be able to reap the benefits of the fishermen in Eastern Europe.
