Compare it with two poems of Li Shangyin that have relatively similar meanings:

As long as the king flows and hopes, the king pours the country into his own favor.
The second song (one of the two northern Qi songs)
The country will perish with a smile, and the thorns of He Lao will be wounded.
Xiao Piyu's body was horizontal and night, and he had reported to Zhou Shi to enter Jinyang.
It can be carefully compared, and the meaning of these two poems is similar, but it is nothing more than the meaning of red face and water. These two sentences of the Song and Dance poem are similar to the first two sentences of the Northern Qi poem, and both are written in an argumentative manner. It is said that the king "when he is confused, misfortune will come." As soon as the king fell in love, the kingdom fell to the ground, and those who perished in Israel were deeply warned, and the speed of their demise was amazing.
But this argumentative sentence writing is not good. Even if it is written as a policeman, it is still too abstract, like a paper than like a poem. Ji Xiaolan criticized the poem "Song and Dance", saying that it "lacked meaning", and quoted Lian Yi's words to comment on the first two sentences of the "Northern Qi" poem: "The illness is only in the first two sentences", which shows that the poems of discussion are really not easy to move.
If the author speaks to the reader in the eyes of a parent, teacher, or outsider, how will the reader feel? It's easy to feel like the author is teaching me to be so and so. This kind of writing in a didactic way is not to attract people inside, but to feel from the inside, and to feel the feelings. What cannot impress the reader, read it and forget it.
I have just analyzed the problems in the first two sentences of "Northern Qi", but are there any problems with the last two sentences? Not only is it no problem, but it's also cleverly written! Many literati in ancient times greatly appreciated these two sentences.
Ji Xiaolan has harsh comments on many of Li Shangyin's poems, but he appreciates these two sentences: "The last two sentences are written so quickly, it is wonderful." Zhu Yizun also said, "Therefore, the use of extremely profane nicknames, the last sentence is followed, it is powerful." But with such a comment, it is not completely on the real idea.
The reason why the last two sentences are good is to condense the very abstract discussion of "the subjugation of The country of Israel" into a very specific picture. On display is a picture of Feng Shufei's jade body, Feng Shufei's nickname Xiaolian, and the poem uses the word "Xiao Pity" to take the sound correlation.
Let's take a look: on the one hand, the jade body is horizontal, and the king pours pity; on the other hand, the Zhou Division invades Jinyang, and the country collapses with pity. The overthrow of this king and the overthrow of the state also mean "the overthrow of the kingdom by the king." But the connection between these two pouring images is a bit like what? After you read these two sentences, are you switching between two shots like watching a movie? A pole of joy, a pole of sorrow. The two heavens of sorrow and joy, the two fragments are transformed in an instant, and there is no need to point out the emotion.
And what about the feelings? In the previous article, I talked about "clear water out of hibiscus" to describe the natural nature of the article, which is also a very clear visual picture. Therefore, when writing poetry, we should pay attention to the fact that emotions or opinions should not be written directly in an argumentative tone, and it is best to transform them into pictorial images that can be visually sensory. Abstract discussion is not the essence of poetry. Even if this argument becomes a theory of fame, it lacks the charm of poetry. It is necessary to transform the discussion into an image that the reader can perceive with specific senses, so that it has a charm, can others perceive, and the impression can be profound.
