Japanese special relegation level Furuwaki, certificate, sword, white sheath, knife bag are readily available, masterpieces! Works by Chikuzen Sumitomo Nobu Kuniyoshiji (Edo period, Kanei 1624). Kiji was a swordsman who was active in the Edo period from the Azuchi-Momoyama period and was the thirteenth generation of the Shinkoku school. The second son of the original "Yoshisada" of the Chikuzen Shinkoku school, he inherited his father's forging techniques and was active in the imperial forging of the Kuroda clan, the lord of the Chikuzen Domain at that time. The certificate bears the name of the previous holder , Masao Nakamura.
The total length of the knife belt is about 82.5 cm, the blade length is 59 cm, the weight is 866 grams, and the knife reverse is 1.1 cm. Flat fragment compound dark light pattern blade, small cut first, no open beam, angular knife block, smooth and straight burning blade pattern. Sword stem table inscription: Chikuzen Sumitomo Nobu Kuniyoshiji. Round knife cutout carving, iron handle head inlaid with gold carved cirrus cloud and five three tung pattern.
