Luo Yusheng (August 31, 1914 – May 5, 2002), who used the stage names "Xiaocai Dance" and "Xiaocai Dance", was a famous Chinese contemporary music master, a master of drum music, the founder of the "Luo School" art of Jingyun big drum, and the "Golden Voice Drum King". Luo Yusheng began to learn Peking Opera at the age of 7, and at the age of 9, he worshiped Su Huanting as a teacher, performed on stage in 1926, changed to singing the Jingyun Drum in 1931, worshiped Han Yonglu as a teacher in 1934, and performed the Jingyun Drum for the first time in Beijing in 1939. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1979, was elected chairman of the China Qu Artists Association in 1985, was hired as the art director of the China Northern Qu Art School in 1986, and was appointed as a special researcher of the China Academy of Arts in 1994. His representative works include "Sword Pavilion Ringing Bells", "Yu Boya Wrestling", "Hongmei Pavilion", etc., and died of illness on May 5, 2002 at the age of 88.
