Wen Jinrong, male, Han ethnicity, born in August 1973, on-the-job graduate student, doctor of management, member of the Communist Party of China, is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the Chaozhou Municipal Party Committee, vice mayor, and intends to serve as deputy secretary of the prefecture-level municipal party committee, nominated as a candidate for mayor.

Bai Tao, male, Mongolian, born in April 1968, on-the-job graduate student, master of management, member of the Communist Party of China, is currently the deputy secretary of the Dongguan Municipal Party Committee, and intends to be nominated as a candidate for mayor of a prefecture-level city.
