On the afternoon of April 21, Wang Hui's prose collection "Zhen Ghostwriting" reading and sharing meeting was successfully held in the Workers' Cultural Palace of Feixi County, Hefei City.
This reading sharing meeting with the theme of "Books Infiltrate the Soul, Reading Lights Up Life" was hosted by the Feixi County Federation of Trade Unions and undertaken by the Feixi Branch of Anhui New Media Hefei Xinhua Bookstore Co., Ltd. The event invited Wang Hui, vice president of the Cultural News Branch of the China Evening News Workers Association, member of the Chinese Writers Association, vice chairman of the Hefei Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and vice chairman of the Hefei Writers Association, to share his new work "Ghostwriting".
The sharing session was presided over by Zhang Jianchun, a member of the Chinese Writers Association. Some of the county's staff and literature lovers participated in the event.
Published by Shanxi Publishing & Media Group-Beiyue Literature and Art Publishing House, "Zhen Ghostwriting" collects more than 80 prose essays related to food written by Wang Hui for more than 20 years, and is divided into four series: "Flat and Dry Crisp", "Potatoes Have Spring", "Delicious and Shameful", and "Outside the Master". The author blends his personal worldly insights with his daily reading experience, or talks about delicious food, or rambling about melons and fruits, or hooks and jokes, or analyzes the culture of drinking and pecking. The content travels leisurely through the past and the present, looking up at China and abroad, dabbling in the pen and making it interesting, with unique insights, full of delicate observation of the world, deep insight into human nature, poetic search for life, and full of love for life.
At the sharing meeting, Wang Hui talked about the creative background and interesting stories of "Ghostwriting". Based on the introduction of "Ghostwriting", this paper analyzes the writing characteristics of food articles by Li Yu, Yuan Mei, Zhou Zuoren and Liang Shiqiu, introduces the exploration practice and work style of many food-related texts in the field of literature, and examines the author's life attitude and ideals.
Wang Hui also exchanged and interacted with the staff and friends who participated in the event on the reading of "Ghostwriting". At the same time, the questions raised by everyone such as how to read and how to improve the level of written expression were answered, which benefited the staff and friends present a lot.
Zhang Jianchun, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, commented on "Ghostwriting" on the spot, calling Wang Hui two masters, both "writers" and "gourmets". At the same time, he shared with the readers and friends present the interesting stories about food he encountered in his life, and explained them in connection with "Ghostwriting", and the atmosphere of the event was warm.
