The initial testimony said jay Ali, a 54-year-old landlord, was arrested in December 2021 after a couple staying at his property became suspicious of things he said about being in the room, "Don't be restrained, we don't care if you're wearing pajamas or not hanging on at all." The couple searched the room and discovered the camera after using the methods found on the Internet to find the secret camera equipment.
