On 28 March, The Yinjiang Tujia and Miao Autonomous County held a county-wide meeting of leading cadres, and Zhao Jihong, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal CPC Committee and director of the Organization Department of the Municipal CPC Committee, announced the decision of the provincial party committee on the readjustment of the main leaders of the Yinjiang County CPC Committee and the county people's government: Comrade Zhang Haoran was appointed secretary of the Yinjiang County CPC Committee and no longer held the post of county magistrate of the Yinjiang County People's Government; Comrade Tian Yan no longer held the post of secretary of the Yinjiang County CPC Committee; and Comrade Qin Huigang was nominated as a candidate for county magistrate of the Yinjiang County People's Government.
