1. Jog 5 km 3-5 times a week;
2. Do 3-5 squats per week, 100 at a time, and complete them in 5 stages;
3. 3-5 knee high-fives per week, 100 at a time, completed in 5 stages.
4. 3-5 times a week vest line cultivation.
