According to the needs of the work, the Yellow River Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub Co., Ltd. in 2022 the second batch of public recruitment staff of 9 people. In accordance with the Opinions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on the Disclosure of Information on the Recruitment of Fresh College Graduates by State-Owned Enterprises (issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2014] No. 79), the Notice of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Water Resources on Regulating the Recruitment of Fresh College Graduates by State-Owned Enterprises Affiliated to public institutions under the Ministry of Water Resources (Personnel Synthesis [2015] No. 21) and other relevant requirements, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

  1. Introduction of the recruiting unit

  Huanghe Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub Co., Ltd. was established with the development and construction of the national "Ninth Five-Year Plan" key project - Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub Project, funded by the Ministry of Water Resources, Shanxi Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and its main business scope is water supply, power generation, water conservancy and hydropower project development and operation management, construction management technical services, construction consulting, etc. The company has invested in the construction of two large-scale water conservancy hub projects in Wanjiazhai and Longkou, with a total installed capacity of 1500MW and an average power generation capacity of 4.052 billion kW.h for many years.

  The Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub Project is a key control project for the treatment and development of the middle reaches of the Yellow River. The company always adheres to the concept of people's livelihood priority, actively practices the water management idea of "water saving priority, spatial balance, system governance, and two-handed force", resolutely implements the requirements of "Xingli obeys flood control, regional obedience to river basin, and ESC obeys water regulation", strengthens the joint dispatch of two water conservancy hubs in Wanjiazhai and Longkou, and creates good economic, social and ecological benefits. The company focuses on the main business, gives full play to the comprehensive function of the hub, is committed to building a "green wisdom harmonious and safe" Wanjiazhai, be a good "guardian" of ecological protection in the Yellow River Basin, a "steward" of the safe operation of water conservancy projects, a "provider" of green and clean energy, and a "practitioner" of "making the Yellow River a happy river that benefits the people". It has played an important role in flood prevention, anti-bullying, water diversion and sand transfer, water supply, power generation and improvement of the downstream ecological environment, and has made positive contributions to the governance and development of the Yellow River, the economic and social development of the river basin and the improvement of the living standards of the people along the yellow banks, and has contributed to the comprehensive improvement of the ability to prevent flood and drought disasters, the ability to intensively and safely utilize water resources, the ability to optimize the allocation of water resources, and the ability to protect and manage the ecological protection and governance of major rivers and lakes.

  After more than 20 years of struggle, the asset scale of Yellow River Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub Co., Ltd. has been continuously expanded, the level of profitability has been continuously improved, the development capacity and financing capacity of hydropower projects have been continuously strengthened, and a large number of outstanding hydropower construction and management talents have been trained. The company has won the honorary titles of "National First-class Water Conservancy Project Management Unit", "National Water Conservancy System Excellent Performance Model Advanced Unit", "National Water Conservancy Construction and Management Advanced Collective", "National Water Conservancy System Civilized Unit", "Shanxi Electric Power Industry Excellent Enterprise" and so on.

  This recruitment is implemented by the Human Resources Development Center of the Ministry of Water Resources.

  2. Recruitment targets

  2022 fresh graduates of general institutions of higher learning. Orientation students and commissioned trainees who have signed a targeted training and commissioned training agreement before enrolling in the school are not included in the scope of this recruitment.

  III. Application Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above;

  2. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws;

  3. Have the expertise or skills required for the position;

  4. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post;

  5. Undergraduate graduates are not more than 25 years old (born after July 1, 1997) and master's degree graduates are not more than 28 years old (born after July 1, 1994).

  4. Recruitment positions and job requirements

  5. Recruitment methods and procedures

  Open recruitment is carried out in the form of online recruitment (remote video interview, online assessment), which mainly includes online registration, qualification review, remote interview, physical examination, signing of tripartite agreements and other procedures.

  (i) Registration

  1. Registration period: March 7 to March 20, 2022

  2. Registration method: Take the online registration method, the candidate logs on to the China Water Conservancy Talent Network (http://rencai.mwr.cn/), and enters the second batch of open recruitment staff registration column of the Yellow River Wanjiazhai Water Conservancy Hub Co., Ltd. in 2022 for registration.

  Each person can only declare one position, and the candidates should meet the requirements of the post. Registration implements a good faith commitment system, candidates must truthfully submit relevant information and materials, and those whose materials do not meet the requirements or are fraudulent will be disqualified from the interview once verified.

  (ii) Preliminary examination of qualifications

  From March 21 to 23, 2022, the preliminary qualification examination will be carried out, and candidates are requested to log in to the registration column on March 24 to check the results of the preliminary qualification examination.

  (iii) Interview

  1. Participants need to log in to the registration column before 24:00 on March 27, 2022, click "Take the Exam Confirmation", upload all the materials as required, and complete the interview confirmation process. The recruitment unit conducts the interview qualification review, and the applicant is requested to pay attention to the audit results in time. Candidates who do not complete the confirmation process as required by the deadline will be deemed to have automatically waived their interview qualifications.
