The Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts is the only independent institution of higher art in South China and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In 1953, it was approved by the Ministry of Education to establish the Zhongnan Academy of Fine Arts in Wuhan, Hubei Province, and in 1958 it moved south from Wuhan to Guangzhou and was renamed guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts; in 1981, it was awarded the right to award the first batch of master's degrees in China, in 2005 it was approved as the first batch of pilot units for the training of master of arts (MFA) in china, and in 2021, it was approved as a doctoral degree awarding unit by the Degree Committee of the State Council, and art and design were approved as first-level discipline doctoral degree authorization points. At present, the school has three first-level discipline master's degree authorization points in art theory, fine arts and design, and four professional degree master's degree authorization points in art, landscape architecture, cultural relics and museums, and education. With reference to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Open Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Order No. 139 of the People's Government of Guangdong Province) and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Interim Measures for the Management of Non-fixed Staff of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, it is decided to publicly recruit 8 non-fixed staff members in February 2022. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and targets

(1) Recruitment positions

There are 1 staff member of the Armed Forces Department of the Party Committee, 1 scientific research secretary of the College of Arts and Humanities, 3 library data managers, 1 teaching assistant of the copperplate engraving laboratory of the Experimental Teaching Center, 1 staff member of the Teaching Aids Department of the Experimental Teaching Center, and 1 campus network administrator of the Information Technology Center.

(2) Recruitment targets

Persons in society with nationally recognized academic qualifications.

Second, the basic conditions

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China.

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China.

3. Have good character and professional ethics.

4. Have the professional or skill requirements required for the position.

5. Adapt to the physical and mental conditions required by the post.

6. Have other requirements for the position.

Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply:

1. Those who have been subject to administrative sanctions for less than 5 years or other administrative sanctions are within the period of punishment.

2. Those who have been overborn have been subject to a decision on handling by the relevant unit in accordance with the relevant provisions on population and family planning, and have not yet reached the date on which the decision was made.

3. In the past 2 years, there have been violations of discipline in the recruitment (hiring) examination, physical examination or inspection of organs and public institutions.

3. Remuneration and treatment

5. Examinations

The exam takes the form of written test (subject to registration) + interview + job skills test. This exam does not specify an exam review book.

(1) Written examination

The employer organizes a review team to conduct a preliminary review of the application materials according to the requirements of the post. When the ratio of the number of job recruits to the number of people who pass the preliminary qualification examination exceeds 1:10, the employer can organize a written examination.

(2) Interview

Where a written test is organized, the candidates for the interview are determined according to the written test results from high score to low score, and the candidates for each recruitment position are determined according to the ratio of 1:5; if the number of shortlisted candidates does not reach 1:5, the interview is entered according to the actual number of shortlisted candidates. If no written examination is organized, the personnel who pass the preliminary examination of qualifications shall enter the interview. The interview score is calculated according to 100 points, the score is calculated to 2 decimal places, and the interview pass score line is 75 points; the interview results are announced on the spot.

(3) Job skills test

According to the interview results from high score to low score, each recruitment position is determined in a 1:2 ratio to enter the job skills test. If the number of shortlisted candidates does not reach 1:2, the actual number of shortlisted candidates will enter the job skills test. The score of the job skills test is calculated as 100 points, the score is calculated to 2 decimal places, and the passing score line of the job skills test is 75 points.

(4) The total score of the examination

The total score of the examination is calculated according to the following formula: the total score of the examination = 50% of the interview score × + the score of the job skills test×50%.

6. Physical examination

According to the total score of the examination from high score to low score, each recruitment position is determined by a 1:1 ratio. The physical examination items and standards shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the detailed rules for the implementation of the physical examination of public institutions in Guangdong Province (for trial implementation) (Yue Ren Shefa [2010] No. 382).

7. Inspection

Those who pass the physical examination enter the inspection procedure, and the inspection work is organized and implemented in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Inspection Work of Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial Implementation)" (Yue Ren Shefa [2010] No. 276).

8. Publicity

Candidates shall determine the candidates to be hired after examination, physical examination and inspection. The list of personnel to be hired is published in the open recruitment column (https://zp.gzarts.edu.cn/web/notice/info) of the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts, and the publicity time is 7 working days. Where there is no objection after public announcement, go through the relevant formalities in accordance with regulations.

IX. Explanation of relevant issues

1. Applicants must ensure the authenticity of the information filled in, such as due to personal information filled in untrue, or do not meet the recruitment conditions and job requirements and be disqualified, the applicant himself is responsible.

2. The professional name and code are determined by referring to Annex 4 "Guangdong Province 2021 Examination Recruitment of Civil Servants Professional Catalog", and the major studied by the candidate is determined by the professional name on the graduation certificate obtained.

3. Candidates shall not apply for positions where the professional code they have studied is inconsistent with the professional code of the recruitment position. If the major studied is not listed in the professional catalog (there is no professional code), you can choose to apply for the examination of similar majors in the recruitment major, and the required courses of the major must be basically the same as the main courses of the major required by the post, and provide the graduation certificate, the transcript of the professional course studied (which must be stamped by the Academic Affairs Office), the description of the course comparison issued by the institution and the basis for the establishment of the major by the graduating institution during the qualification review.

For majors that contain more than two training directions, if the specific training direction has been clarified for the recruitment position, the applicant must meet the specific training direction before applying. For example, in the professional catalog, "enterprise management" (including financial management, marketing, human resource management) (A120202), its job conditions are "enterprise management" (financial management), then the marketing, human resource management in the major can not apply. Except for the majors listed in the professional catalog, the training directions listed in parentheses after the professional names on other graduation certificates cannot be used as the basis for applying for majors.

4. Candidates must obtain academic qualifications and degree certificates corresponding to the qualifications of the post before registration. Among them, those who have studied in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and returned from studying abroad must also obtain the certificate of overseas academic degree certification of the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education before the date of registration, and issue corresponding materials during the qualification review.

5. If there is a shortage of recruitment positions due to unqualified physical examination, unqualified inspection, public announcement results, or individual abandonment of employment, the applicants for the same post may be compensated in equal amounts according to the total score of the examination from high to low.
