Construction instructions

1. Substrate treatment:

1) Scaled steel: sandblasted to Sa2.5 grade.

2) Scale-free steel: blasted to Sa2.5 grade or sanded to St3 grade CLTL 75 with elastic grinding wheel pieces

3) The surface of the coating must be cleaned and dried, waterless and acid-free.

2, construction methods: suitable for conventional spraying, brush coating, roller coating, high-pressure airless spraying, etc.

3. Formula: Paint paste (A component): Curing agent (B part) = 100: 10 (weight ratio)

4, diluent and dilution rate: CLF special diluent according to the construction method to adjust the viscosity, the amount of no more than 20%

5. Painting process:

1) Before painting, the A component is first fully stirred evenly, and then the A and B components are mixed evenly according to the prescribed proportion according to the application workload. Mature for 30 minutes before construction. If the temperature is below 25 °C, it is necessary to extend the time appropriately. The paint should be used up within 8 hours.

2) It is strictly forbidden to contact with water, acid, alkali, alcohol, etc. during the process of painting and painting. Component B is very easy to react with water, alcohol, etc., and the packaging of the remaining component B after painting must be tightly covered to avoid loss caused by cementation.

3) The relative humidity during construction and drying and curing shall not be greater than 85%, otherwise it will cause serious foaming of the paint film. The temperature is lower than 0 °C due to the suspension of the curing reaction, and it is not suitable for construction.
