1. If the community has paid contributions for less than 25 years, do they need to return to employee medical insurance?
In order to implement the provisions of Document No. 5 of zhongfa and provincial documents, the city implements classified guarantees for employees and urban and rural residents. At the same time, in order to minimize the impact of classified guarantees on the insured in our city and achieve the reform of no feeling, from January 1, 2022, the insured persons of urban and rural residents who have reached the age of employment (over 16 years old) (except college and secondary school students, primary and secondary school students, and unemployed persons in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) will be included in the medical insurance protection of employees (including urban and rural residents who have reached retirement age, referred to as "transfer personnel").
If citizens are insured in the community after January 1, 2022 and are over 16 years old, they will be automatically included in the employee medical insurance protection without additional procedures, and the number of years of medical insurance contributions for employees will be accumulated normally.

The one-year medical insurance paid by the citizens in the community has been accumulated into the cumulative payment period of the city's medical insurance. From January 1, 2022, when the insured person participating in the employee medical insurance reaches the statutory retirement age, the cumulative payment period is not less than 30 years for men and not less than 25 years for women, and the cumulative total number of years of actual payment in this city is not less than 10 years, and they no longer pay social medical insurance premiums, and can enjoy the corresponding social medical insurance treatment in accordance with regulations. That is, the payment years of "transfer personnel" participating in employee medical insurance are normally accumulated to the cumulative payment years of medical insurance in our city.
3. How much is the monthly payment of urban and rural residents' medical insurance transferred back to employee medical insurance?
At present, "transfer personnel" participate in the medical insurance of employees in our city and still enjoy financial subsidies for medical insurance payment. From January to June 2022, the basic medical insurance rate of "transferred personnel" will be levied on a monthly basis at 2.1% of the average monthly wage of employees in the city in the previous year (hereinafter referred to as "social average wage"), of which 0.9% is borne by individuals and 1.2% is financial subsidies. Based on the current social average salary of 5825 yuan, the basic medical insurance of "transferred personnel" is 52.43 yuan per person per month.
