In the twentieth century, Taonan was a political, economic, military and cultural town on the northeastern border of the mainland. Wu Junsheng, then the overseer of Heilongjiang Province, took a fancy to this treasure of feng shui and invested in the construction of this European-style building in the style of Domi Gothic style in 1926, a 3-story brick-concrete building with a height of 22.5 meters and a construction area of 2900 square meters, known as the "Grand Marshal's Mansion". It is a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit.
Shuaifu Building was the tallest commercial building in Taonan City at that time, located in the most prosperous "Xinglong Street" center, with complete goods and wide sales, until 1973, it has been the commercial center of Taonan, and has been gradually discontinued since then.

The main building is 64 meters long from east to west, 15 meters wide from north to south, with a total of three floors and a height of 22 meters, which is the first high-rise building in the history of Taonan and a historical witness of warlords competing for supremacy.
Wu Junsheng was a general in the Republic of China Army, an envoy to Taoliao Town, and an overseer of Heilongjiang Province. In 1925, the warlord Zhang Zuolin personally awarded Wu Junsheng the rank of general at the Fengtian Celebration Meeting and rewarded Dayang with 500,000 yuan, Wu Junsheng used this reward to build this commercial building, which was built in 1927 and completed in 1928.
