On the afternoon of September 29, the 21st session of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Chongqing Municipality held its second plenary meeting, at which a number of personnel appointments and dismissals were voted and approved.

1. Decide on appointments

Hu Minglang is the vice mayor of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and the director of the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau.

2. Appointments

Zhang Li is the president of the Environmental Resources Trial Division of the First Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing Municipality;

Xu Hai is the president of the First Criminal Trial Division of the Second Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing Municipality;

Tan Weihua is the president and judge of the Second Criminal Trial Division of the Chongqing No. 2 Intermediate People's Court;

Zhu Xiaoli is the vice president of the Environmental Resources Trial Division of the Second Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing Municipality;

Tan Xiaoqi is a judge of the Third Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing Municipality;

Zhang Hongmei and Huang Ming are members of the adjudication committee of the Fourth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing Municipality;

Yu Xudong is the vice president and judge of the Bankruptcy Trial Division of the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing Municipality;

Chen Yu, Deng Chengjiang, Wang Cheng, and Lü Jinwei are judges of the Fifth Intermediate People's Court of Chongqing Municipality;

Guo Kai is a procurator of the Chongqing Municipal People's Procuratorate;

He was a procurator of the Fifth Branch of the Chongqing Municipal People's Procuratorate.

Yu Xudong's position as vice president and judge of the Second Civil Trial Division of the Chongqing No. 1 Intermediate People's Court;

Ma Hongwei is a member of the procuratorial committee and procurator of the First Branch of the Chongqing Municipal People's Procuratorate.

4. Approval

Mou Guoqing resigned as chief procurator of the Wushan County People's Procuratorate.
