The on-site command headquarters coordinated the dispatch of 4G communication vehicles, ensured the transmission of unmanned aerial vehicle signals, ensured 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring, grasped the movement of elephants in real time, and scientifically guided the elephants to move south; strengthened safety precautions, set up a working group to enter villages and households to carry out Asian elephant warning propaganda, adopted emergency measures such as road control and emergency evacuation, strictly controlled the safety risks and hidden dangers brought about by the masses, and did real human and elephant safety precautions. On the same day, a total of 202 emergency response personnel and police forces were put into operation, 106 emergency vehicles, 5 excavators and other engineering vehicles, 19 unmanned aerial vehicles were dispatched, 3572 people from 879 households were evacuated, 2.36 tons of elephant food were fed, and 618 vehicles and 1754 people were persuaded to return.
