Comrade Han Xudong gave a briefing on the occurrence of telecommunications fraud by Harbin Normal University students last year, analyzed the characteristics of campus telecommunications fraud cases, and put forward work opinions on further strengthening the anti-fraud work on campus by the two sides. He said that Harbin Normal University has a long history, outstanding influence, many teachers and students in the school, a large volume, in recent years, the case of wire fraud has disturbed the campus, causing serious psychological pressure on students and bringing negative impacts to the school. In the opening season of the new semester, the two sides of the police academy should further strengthen cooperation, jointly organize and carry out a series of activities of the city's "anti-fraud first lesson" centralized publicity week, use the first lesson of the school year, comprehensively carry out anti-fraud publicity and education, and effectively improve the safety awareness of teachers and students; at the same time, it is necessary to make full use of the campus website, WeChat public account and other media to increase the registration and promotion of the "Golden Bell Cover" APP, improve the awareness rate and registration rate of teachers and students in the whole school, and effectively reduce the occurrence of campus wire fraud cases; the sub-bureau should also further strengthen the legal education of students. Through typical cases, teachers and students of colleges and universities should understand the serious harm of "two-card" crimes, and prevent the occurrence of participation in information network crimes.
During the investigation, the Songbei Branch and Harbin Normal University also conducted in-depth exchanges on ideological management of colleges and universities, campus safety precautions and traffic order management around the campus.
