Texnology® technicians compound Texnology®YTJ-2 stiffener with Texnology®LG62 washable, waterproof, and oil-repellent agent, and applied it to the one-bath waterproof, oil-repellent + stiffening finishing process of polyester fabrics:
One immersion and one rolling (pressure: 3kg, rolling rate: 58.3%)→ drying and baking (160°C×2min)

Compared with the No. 5 and No. 6 process formulations, Texnology®YTJ-2 non-ionic stiffener and Texnology®LG62 have excellent additive compatibility.
The processed polyester fabric feels stiff and stiff, the version is crisp, and the waterproof and oil-proof performance can still reach 100 points of waterproof, oil-proof level 6 effect, and has good washing resistance, which can be washed 10 times. The washable, waterproof, oil-proof + stiff finishing process can be used in the functional finishing of luggage fabrics, curtain fabrics, tent fabrics and other industrial fabrics such as advertising fabrics and construction fabrics, and the processed fabrics can effectively resist the invasion of wind and rain, dust and stains, and meet the durable and practical needs of such textiles.
