On February 25, 2022, two days after the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the director of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Podoria, declared that Ukraine is ready to start negotiations with Russia, but the Ukrainian side needs to get security guarantees.
Obviously, from this point on, the Russian-Ukrainian conflict will enter the next stage. At a time when the Russian-Ukrainian conflict continues, there is still a hypothetical voice that continues to sound: if the beautiful prime minister Tymoshenko, who has a "personal relationship" with Putin, is elected president in the 2019 election, will the Russian-Ukrainian conflict be alleviated?
Who exactly is Tymoshenko? What kind of "personal relationship" did she have with Putin? Why is she considered "someone who can slow down the Russian-Ukrainian conflict"? If she is elected, will she really be able to alleviate the "Situation in Russia and Ukraine"?

Tymoshenko's mantra is: "I can never be worse than anyone!" Behind this mantra is her super self-esteem, which is also the embodiment of her super "desire to lead".
For the "desire to lead" that she exposed since she was a child, Tymoshenko never felt that it was a bad thing, on the contrary, she was proud of it. She wrote in her later memoirs:
"I have had the desire to be a leader since I was a child, and although I am a woman, I naturally have the characteristics of a boy in my personality, I like to play with them, and I can always get along with them... In fact, in school, I directed all the boys."
In any era, it is not easy for a civilian woman to get ahead, but if you have a good appearance and extravagant talent, it is not necessarily.
At the age of 18, Tymoshenko, who was extraordinarily beautiful, ushered in the first earth-shattering reversal of her life. Because of a wrong phone call, she met her future husband, Alexander Tymoshenko, who was the second generation of the famous local official Jiafu.

After Ukraine allowed private business, Tymoshenko decisively resigned as an economic analyst and, with the help of his father-in-law Gennady Tymoshenko, started a videotape rental company. Two years later, she founded a gasoline company. Her ability to work was appreciated by her father-in-law, and she also successfully took over his father-in-law's family business.
From this time on, Tymoshenko's life ushered in a second earth-shattering reversal, and she quickly established herself in the business world. Later, after various trials and turns, she also became the "Oil Queen" and "Natural Gas Princess".
She was only 36 years old when she was in charge of twenty percent of Ukraine's gross domestic product. After becoming famous, she began to enter the political arena. Tymoshenko's political career was uneventful compared to his business venture.
In 1997, Tymoshenko was elected to the Ukrainian Parliament. In 1999, she formed a new caucus called "Fatherland", which later formed the Tymoshenko Union in conjunction with other political parties, and in December of the same year, Tymoshenko was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Government, in charge of the energy sector.
From "parliamentarian" to political "thriving", she only took a few years. But just over two years after her ascension to vice president, she was charged with smuggling, bribery, and tax evasion by the Ukrainian General Prosecutor's Office for economic reforms that touched the interests of oligarchs.
The disaster brought Tymoshenko a 42-day prison sentence, and although the charges were later dropped, she was buried for a while after this lesson.

After the dormancy period, this beautiful, fashionable woman stepped on high heels and launched an "orange revolution" that affected the entire Russian political situation.
The so-called "Orange Revolution" was a revolution led by Tymoshenko, Yushchenko, and others who impeached the "pro-Russian party" Kuchma. After this revolution, Yushchenko was elected president of Ukraine, and Tymoshenko officially ascended to the throne of The Prime Minister of Ukraine by an overwhelming margin.
After the "Orange Revolution", Ukrainian pro-American powder appeared, and the Conflict between Russia and Ukraine has intensified since then.
For a long time after that, Yushchenko and Tymoshenko appeared as "political couples". Politics, however, has never had eternal interests, not eternal friends: the two soon disagree over power and political opinions.

One of the main manifestations of Tymoshenko's political discord between Tymoshenko and Yushchenko is their attitude towards Russia.
Yushchenko was the first pro-Western president in Ukrainian history, he himself was single-handedly supported by the United States, and his wife was even an American.
Tymoshenko, on the other hand, has repeatedly demonstrated with her actions that she is friendly to Russia.
After becoming prime minister, Tymoshenko visited Russia for the first time, and the first topic of her visit was to discuss with Russia "the establishment of a unified economic zone of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Belarus.". She also plans to meet with Russian industrialists and entrepreneurs to discuss the issue of working together for the benefit of the two countries.
Everyone can see that Tymoshenko wants to promote friendly cooperation between Ukraine and Russia.
After that, she met with Putin several times, and each time she met, her eyes showed kindness and friendship. Everyone can see that she and Putin have a very good "personal relationship".
Because Yushchenko is pro-American, Tymoshenko has not made any remarks about her "pro-Russian", but her friendly attitude toward Russia is often inadvertently revealed, and in a public speech, she blurted out:
"Without Russia, Ukraine would face a range of problems that would be more complex and difficult to solve."
On September 8, 2005, Yushchenko, who could not bear Tymoshenko's intolerable situation, took a casual turn and dissolved the Tymoshenko government. One of the so-called "heads" is the poor work of the Tymoshenko government and the lack of team spirit.
The real strong, never afraid of setbacks, in the parliamentary elections two years later, Tymoshenko, who had made all kinds of preparations, once again became the prime minister of the government.

On January 19, 2009, more than a year after becoming Prime Minister again, Tymoshenko signed an important contract with Russia: the Russian-Ukrainian Gas Purchase and Sale Contract for 2009-2019. This contract created the conditions for Russia to resume the transmission of natural gas from Ukraine to Europe.
In return, putin's government not only gave $5 billion in profits to Ukraine, but also cancelled all previous debts. After the signing of the ten-year purchase and sale contract for Russian-Ukrainian natural gas, the official report at that time was titled: "Russia and Ukraine can finally breathe.""
After the contract was signed, Tymoshenko was questioned by opposition parties, but this did not prevent her from continuing to govern. But two years later, she was imprisoned again for signing a Ukrainian-Russian gas supply agreement.
This time, Tymoshenko was charged with abusing his power in 2009 in connection with the opposition indictment against signing a gas supply agreement between Ukraine and Russia. She was sentenced to 7 years in prison for this crime.
Tymoshenko was placed in the Kharkharovsky Women's Prison in Kharkiv Oblast, where she was placed in a cell with a living area of only 31 square meters. The cell was supposed to be a seven-room room, but it was just her and another prisoner.
A few months later, Tymoshenko's daughter claimed to the outside world that after her mother was imprisoned, she was forcibly transferred and beaten by prison personnel. The violence caused her to have a hematoma in her abdomen and bruises on her hands.
In the wake of the violence, Tymoshenko, 51, went on a hunger strike in prison in protest. It was after this incident that Russian President Vladimir Putin publicly expressed concern about Tymoshenko's life in prison, which is also considered to be a good embodiment of the "personal relationship" between the two.
In February 2014, Yanukovych fell and Tymoshenko was acquitted by the Supreme Executive Council. After more than two years in prison, she is no longer the glorious appearance she once was, her face is haggard and bloated.
But when she took the microphone and shouted the words "the hero will never die" to the people in the square and to the whole world in a trembling and determined voice, people were sure that she was still the "Iron Lady" Tymoshenko, and yes, she was back.

After her release from prison, Tymoshenko quickly regrouped, and her huge political ambitions were not affected by the prison disaster. But at this point, the situation in the world changed, and on March 18, a month after her release from prison, Russia de facto took over Crimea.
In a sense, behind Russia's takeover of Crimea is also the inevitable result of the emergence of "pro-Western factions".
After the major changes in the situation between Russia and Ukraine, Tymoshenko, who had a very good "personal relationship" with Putin, was once again pushed to the cusp of the storm. At this time, she seems to be completely different from the previous she was, her position on Russia has changed, and she has a harsh criticism of Russia's position of occupying Crimea and actually controlling the Donbass region of Udong. She also said:
"If Putin does not show goodwill and goodwill, such as returning the area of control in the Donbass region to Ukraine, it will be impossible to normalize relations between Russia and Ukraine, and the hatred between Russia and Ukraine will only intensify..."
In the meantime, after Tymoshenko's phone was intercepted, she was exposed by the German media with a sentence: "I am personally ready to use AK47 to storm this hateful guy (Putin). ”
After Tymoshenko's various "anti-Russian remarks" came out, many people believed that this was not her intention, she was in line with the mainstream public opinion, on the other hand, she said this deliberately, after all, many politicians criticized her for "not being tough enough on Russia" before.
But in any case, Tymoshenko's relationship with Putin is impossible to go back to before.
In January 2019, Tymoshenko officially announced his participation in the Ukrainian presidential competition. During the campaign, she said she wanted to regain the leadership of Crimea and speed up the process of Ukraine's accession to NATO.
If Tymoshenko's previous "anti-Russian" remarks were merely "talk", then at this time: she has gone further than before. But there are still people who say: Tymoshenko said this, it is just a campaign strategy, not her real attitude.
Tymoshenko's true attitude toward Russia is actually hidden in her campaign agenda. Judging by her campaign agenda, her entire attention has been focused on economic development and institutional reforms. However, it is obviously not a wise move to do a good job in the economy and continue to stalemate relations with Russia.
Those who have heard Tymoshenko's campaign speech must know that while she expressed her "desire to regain the leadership of Crimea and speed up the process of Ukraine's accession to NATO," she also made a key statement, saying:
"Ukrainians cannot afford to divide the country or to be victims of great power disputes."
The subtext of this sentence is that she believes that feuding with Russia is acting as "a victim of great power disputes." It is not difficult to guess that she is against the enemy of Russia, so if she becomes president, she will never blindly be pro-American.
From this, the answer to the question raised at the beginning of this article has already come out: if Tymoshenko is successfully elected in the 2019 presidential campaign, Russian-Ukrainian relations will certainly be eased. In any case, the situation can never be as it is now!
