Why do the two sides disagree because of this place of negotiation? To be reasonable, whether in Minsk or Warsaw, it is nothing more than a matter of a table and a few chairs.

In fact, this kind of self-deception trick will not change the facts at all, nor can it make Putin compromise a little. After all, at this point, Ukraine has no bargaining chips at all, and Russia is ready to face large-scale sanctions from the West.
Now Putin can say that he will not give up until he reaches his goal, and it is only by making a slight concession at this time that he has really lost a lot.
Putin's demand is for Ukraine to be disarmed, albeit without a deadline, so that Russia will have no worries. It is very difficult to ask any country to make concessions on this issue. Japan also announced its surrender after being hit by two atomic bombs, and has not yet had its own formal army.
On February 25, local time, Chechen leader Kadyrov announced that he would use 10,000 soldiers2 to fight in Ukraine, and vowed to let Ukrainian President Zelenskiy apologize to Putin.

In fact, from the beginning of the Ukraine issue, Chechnya has expressed its own attitude, and even said that it does not need Russia to seize Ukraine.

I think Zelenskiy intends to fight with the Russian army in the streets, to direct the war to the residential areas, and to create a situation for Putin to ride a tiger.
