Jingting green snow is produced in North Jingting Mountain, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province. "Jingting Green Snow" has long been famous. The "Xuancheng County Chronicle" records that : "Between the Ming and Qing dynasties, 300 pounds of tribute were paid every year. During the Kangxi Dynasty of the Qing Dynasty, the Xuancheng poet Shi Runzhang wrote a poem praising after drinking the green snow of the Pavilion: "Rich as flower milk, cham as clear as cloud liquid... The branches are picked by hand, and they are really not expensive. The Qing Dynasty poet Shi Yanzhang has the praise of "not distinguishing between the plain porcelain and the suspicious flowers and springs". The name of "Jingting Green Snow" is accompanied by many beautiful legends. Jingting green snow was lost at about the end of the Qing Dynasty, in 1972, Anhui Province Jingting Mountain Tea Farm resumed development, in 1978, Jingting Green Snow Tea was successfully developed, and later won the title of famous tea many times. Jingting Green Snow is now together with Huangshan Maofeng and Liu'an Gua Tablets as the three famous teas of Anhui Province. Guo Moruo once personally inscribed the four words of "Jingting Green Snow" and gave it to Jingting Mountain Tea Farm.
