On February 23, Liu Xiaoping, a member of the CHINESE People's Political Consultative Conference who attended the city's "two sessions", displayed his paper-cut works on the theme of the Winter Olympics. During the Winter Olympics, Liu Xiaoping played his own strengths and used a pair of skillful hands to cut out paper-cut works such as the winter Olympic mascot "Ice Pier" and the ice and snow competition projects in which the Chinese team won the gold medal. Coinciding with the convening of the "two sessions" of the city, Liu Xiaoping specially brought these paper-cut works of the Winter Olympics to the "two sessions" to share the historical achievements of the Chinese team in the Winter Olympics with the deputies and members, and presented the "two sessions" of the city.
