After locking up the evidence, the rapid disposal mode is adopted and the parties are ordered to rectify immediately.
At first, the parties refused to cooperate, claiming that they needed to build illegal buildings on the roof of the building because of their work and life, and they were always reluctant to demolish themselves. Law enforcement officers popularized the law on the spot, informing them of the impact of building illegal buildings on surrounding residents, and finally the parties agreed to be demolished by the urban management department.

According to the suspected behavior of changing the nature of property use without authorization at the scene, law enforcement personnel filed a case for investigation.

During the inquiry, the owner of the housing rights admitted that he used the house to carry out business activities, and without the permission of the relevant administrative department, he changed the property use nature of the original house without authorization, and the operating income was more than 5,000 yuan. The urban management law enforcement department imposed a fine of 10,000 yuan on the parties, and at present, the classroom and merchant labels have all been removed, and the "residence reform" behavior has been rectified.

■ Second, the safety hazards are prominent. The safety problems caused by illegal construction, destruction of load-bearing structures, group rents, etc., and the ecological problems caused by the destruction of green, the non-classification of garbage, and the illegal disposal of decoration garbage, make the community governance face many safety hazards.
■ Third, it is easy to rebound and rebound.
