Below is a chart of the latest computer-based and paper-based test dates for 2022:

According to the official statement, the IELTS computer test center is expected to cover 42 cities across the country in 2022, providing more than 300 test dates throughout the year.
In addition to holidays and special maintenance time, IELTS computer test plus paper and pencil test can basically achieve "daily test" for everyone.
Later, it is also easier for everyone to pick their own suitable exam time and take the exam nearby.
In addition, last month, IELTS officially announced that under the premise that the IELTS unique "Everyone Talks" speaking test model remains unchanged, all computer-based and paper-and-pencil speaking tests will be in the form of video calls in mid-2022, and the form of live dialogue will be completely abolished.
During the exam, a professional IELTS speaking examiner will interact in real time in the form of a high-definition video call.
This format is conducive to improving the flexibility of the examination arrangement, and by realizing the unified allocation of examiners across test centers, more test dates and times are added, providing candidates with more opportunities to take the IELTS test.
In addition, the official also stressed that this adjustment is only a change in online and offline forms, the face-to-face mode of real examiners remains unchanged, and the content of the examination, scoring standards, examination duration, difficulty level, examination question type and safety settings are consistent with the previous.
