At present, the local epidemic situation caused by the import of overseas epidemics occurs frequently, and the New Coronavirus Delta mutation and the Aomi Kerong mutation strain are superimposed, which increases the complexity of epidemic prevention and control, and the prevention and control situation is complex and severe. In order to effectively strengthen the prevention and control of the epidemic and quickly and effectively block the spread of the epidemic, combined with the recent requirements of the epidemic prevention and control work in our city, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

First, strict reporting system. The following personnel are requested to take the initiative to report to the community (village), unit, hotel (hotel) where the permanent residence is located at the first time, provide a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and cooperate with the implementation of various prevention and control measures such as health monitoring as required. If the failure to fulfill the prevention and control obligations causes the spread of the epidemic, it will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

Second, pay attention to the epidemic situation. Continue to pay attention to the "Healthy Longnan" and "Longnan Disease Control" WeChat public accounts to understand the changes in the new crown pneumonia epidemic in China and the latest epidemic prevention and control measures. Recently, we have focused on the epidemic situation in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia, and Huludao City, Liaoning Province, and do not go to high- and medium-risk areas and areas where local epidemics occur, and do not leave the country unless necessary.

Third, do a good job of health monitoring. If you have symptoms of fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, please go to the fever clinic or designated medical institution immediately, truthfully report your personal travel history, wear a mask throughout the whole process, and try to avoid taking public transportation. Continue to pay attention to their own Gansu Province health travel code and communication big data itinerary card, once found to become a "red code" or "yellow code", they must report to the community (village) at the first time and cooperate with the implementation of relevant prevention and control measures.

5. Timely vaccination. Citizens aged 3 and above who have completed the full vaccination for more than 6 months are requested to go to the vaccination clinic as soon as possible to get the vaccine and work together to build a national immunization barrier.
