L12 Hangzhou Chengguan
Yile River, Bauhinia and Loujiawan underground garages are the first batch of underground public parking garages invested and built by the government in The West Lake District, the facilities and equipment are relatively old, there is no elevator equipment, there is no barrier-free staircase, and it is more difficult for special groups to enter and exit the park. In order to prepare for the upcoming Asian Para Games, combined with the needs of surrounding residents, the three garages were renovated and upgraded with barrier-free facilities.
Before the renovation
Install an oblique lifting platform
According to the actual situation of the field library, the inclined hanging lifting platform with strong applicability and simple operation is selected. This barrier-free lifting platform is slightly larger than that of wheelchairs, with anti-slip materials on the surface, and safety shields are installed on 3 outward facades, which can transport large barrier-free facilities such as wheelchairs and have strong stability.
Retrofitting of barrier-free berths
According to the requirements of the barrier-free design code, in accordance with the 2% ratio of the parking lot near the barrier-free staircase, a barrier-free parking space is set up, and a passage with a width of not less than 1.2 meters is set up on the side of the parking space for wheelchair users, and the barrier-free sign logo is also renovated in the overall upgrading and transformation, and the guidance sign is added to facilitate the parking and entry and exit of the disabled.
In order to ensure the parking needs of motor vehicles for the disabled, special spaces are dedicated, and each parking lot also places a "barrier-free parking space" notice board on the barrier-free parking spaces.
