Adhering to the design tenet of "not limited to the trend", we continue to meet the needs of customers in an all-round way, from the attention and pursuit of one-sided expression of spatial points, lines and surfaces such as formalism and symbolism, we constantly derive and answer the inner essence of design logic, show contemporary artistic precipitation, and sculpt the distinctive characteristics of each work.
In 2021, we will circulate in different cities such as Chongqing, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Changsha, Nanjing and so on, presenting aesthetic spaces with high design heights and running through artistic taste to more customers and users, and drawing a complete end to a busy and fulfilling year.
Changsha Longhu Chunjiang Tianxi
The design reflects the unique quality of Longhu, guides the future life form of the front end, conveys the ambition of the times with abstract spiritual connotations, brews a vivid and quiet field between the mountains and the sea, interprets the new paradigm of urban elite life between people, nature and art, "heaven and earth, long-term dependence", brushes the imagination of the new era, and upgrades the living experience.
Sunshine City Chengdu Fei Li Bay sales office
Bashan Shu Stream, the river is immersed in cloud shadows, and the wind and water ripple and ripple. The so-called oriental artistic conception is like a hidden cloud and mist, waving a rushing ink light, and becoming one. This case, which is located in the land of Qionglai, is intended to interpret the natural spiritual realm of the interaction between rivers and the earth, and the designer combines spatial design morphemes such as volume contrast and virtual and real combination to convey the aesthetic tension of space and give space a new visual aesthetic.
Chongqing Jinmao FanQianshan
Spanning the classic and the modern, the designer draws inspiration from the Italian classic style, pays tribute to the leisure and comfort of the living atmosphere of the Prachuap Khiri Khan region and the mellow accumulation of history, uses a simple design language to tell the elegant taste of life, makes the material aesthetics of different textures and tonals extremely present in the home space, giving the space the appeal beyond time.
Kunming Longjiang Jinmao House (A&B Unit)
The world's 53rd Jinmao Mansion, located next to Joy City in the south ring road of Kunming, focuses on the urban spire crowd, integrates high-quality product strength and exquisite craftsmanship, takes the quality of human settlements as the core, and shapes the cover of Kunming City. In this case, on the basis of insight into the tonality of JinmaoFu's products and the taste of the crowd at the level, the designer used artistic techniques, that is, complex forms and abnormal orders, to increase the delay of people's feelings of life aesthetics in it, so that the artistic daily permeates all aspects of the space.
Guangyu Xinchang Jinshang Yunshan Province
In the case of Guangyu Xinchang Jinshang Yunshanfu, the designer continues the vein of naturalism through the exquisite and elegant contemporary style, and connects the vivid artistic annotations of the space in the details of one instrument and one object, one painting and one environment, precipitating a simple and elegant poetic atmosphere, and finally condensing into a new way of life for the residents.
Ningbo Sunac Jiangshan Yunwang
Focusing on the design concept of "Gentleman's Elegant Residence", the designer goes deep into the meticulous depiction of life scenes, refines the space posture of calm and high quality from the accumulation of art, modern temperament and contemporary interpretation, and explores the essence of contemporary urban life in the core at the same time, with the spiritual height from the inside and outside, multi-dimensional matching the life concept and self-cognition of the residents.

From the details, design and quality of the force, the designer closely follows the pace of the era of human settlements, with rigorous and meticulous technical rationality, elegant aesthetic interest and elegance, to create a unique flat space charm, in the urban elite ideal life map engraving, to create a contemporary urban habitat aesthetic label.
Baoyi Hangzhou Guanhu No.1
The high-quality human settlements of contemporary cities are the tone that the designers have given to this case. Focusing on the user's living experience, the design is based on the luxury and elegance of the urban space, depicting the personality of the space with rational and restrained brushstrokes, echoing the aesthetic propositions, personality preferences and lifestyles of the residents, and shaping a unique taste and attitude in the emotional resonance between the space and people.
Jinmao Nanjing Tangshan Kangyang Town
Taking the elegant and simple contemporary style as the starting point, the designer integrates the consideration of the living experience, finely sculpts the aesthetic form level such as quality, material, and color, and depicts the spatial artistic conception of art and aesthetic resonance with the unique humanistic feeling and delicate texture design, laying out the temperature of the ideal life.
Binjiang Qiandao Lake City Star
This case is located on the shore of Qiandao Lake, in a natural landscape of smokey landscapes, the designer uses pure white tones as the background color of the space, coupled with the flexible lake blue as embellishment, rendering an elegant and unique artistic taste of life, giving people a broad and comfortable aesthetic experience.
This year, starting from the integration of multi-dimensional professional fields and cultures, in the project practice, we are not only designing, but also through continuous integration of resources, broadening boundaries, beyond the scope of design, to achieve professional depth of design and operation exploration, to create a refined and elegant, warm use space for the public.
In the rooted practice of the commercial space field, based on the dual considerations of design and operation, we have realized cross-cultural and cross-field integration, and successively created many space designs such as LECOO Big Rooster Tavern, FINA Restaurant, Godfather Bar, Wuhu Craft Brewing Laboratory, etc., with high-quality and efficient space design solutions, driving the realization of commercial value, and truly providing interesting contemporary design for the market.
LECOO Big Rooster Tavern
In a highly textured wooden base, AVAD Van Kosa design incorporates a lush green landscape as the natural set of the space, and cleverly combines retro and refined dark tones such as indigo, coffee brown, beige, etc., to creatively achieve a dining space with great aesthetic taste and ritual sense.
FINA Restaurant
Based on simple artistic taste, keen business insight and exquisite aesthetic style, the designer breaks through the pattern and layout of traditional restaurants from the perspective of rejuvenation, and integrates fresh and elegant log colors and mung bean colors in the construction of green landscapes, interpreting a relaxed, fashionable and interesting dining experience, and driving the achievement of customers' business goals.
Godfather Bar
Focusing on the innovative model of both space design and commercial operation, the designer starts from the pursuit of the trendy experience of young customers, integrates landscape, architecture and art, creatively explores the realization of the commercial value of the space in multiple interactive experiences and new aesthetic realms, and conveys the spatial attributes of both tide fun and artistic atmosphere.
Wuhu Craft Brewing Laboratory
This case integrates micro-architectural transformation, interior design and artistic furnishings, starting from a comfortable and practical design aesthetic, the designer explores the integration of visual level and spiritual core through the carving of the scene level, and evokes a unique topical and cross-border spatial revolution between reconstructing the relationship between people and commercial space, giving people a differentiated immersive experience, as well as a diversified and avant-garde contemporary aesthetic perception.
