Vault's consulting firm ranking is currently the most authoritative and objective consulting firm evaluation system recognized internationally. The core logic of the ranking is the word of mouth of industry peers; respondents cannot evaluate their employers, only the companies they are familiar with. Vault established this ranking to help job seekers make their choices.
Vault's rankings determine the rankings of major international consulting firms in the industry by means of peer evaluations through a global survey of consultants. Scoring metrics include prestige (30%), satisfaction (15%), compensation (10%), firm culture (15%), work-life balance (10%), business outlook (5%), promotion policy (5%). Promotion policies, 5%), ability to challenge (10%), etc., calculate the combined score to determine the final ranking results.
